Why am I being asked if every ticket needs a loaner?

As of a few days ago, every time I create a new ticket, I’m being asked if that ticket requires a loaner. It’s not clear what the benefit of this question is: if I say yes, it doesn’t take me right into the “issue a spare” workflow; if I say no, nothing changes. It’s just one more click when I create a ticket.

When I queried the support AI, it tells me this is due to the Require Asset Confirmation being turned on. Which, IIRC, we have _not_ changed (nor do we want to change).

Is this an update? Is there a way to turn this behavior off?

Hi @sbattis , After a review, I found that the question is appearing on all newly created tickets because you have not added any conditions.  For this custom field to be available on specific tickets, you will need to add conditions so the question only appears when the ticket meets the conditions you set.

@Kathryn Carter Yes, it turned out that the left and right hands were not in close communication, and another member of the team was experimenting with a new configuration.
