I am getting the same thing.  We are trying to update a last name for a staff member and I cannot make the change. Getting same error as above.

I’ve mentioned your districts in the bug report, however, feel free to open a support ticket if you'd like to track the progress of the bug fix via a ticket. Otherwise, I will keep you posted on the resolution once the fix is ready to be deployed.
