query detailed Fees/ Payment History of users through API call

Hi

We are currently working on pulling fees / payment (eg. stylus, charger lost , etc) of each student .

Is there an API endpoint for that?

 

Or 

when we use customized Views (User -- Views -- ) in IIQ UI to export csv file manually,

if we add columns, there are only total balance, Laptop related items, etc, it doesn’t have options that shows specific items and fees.

 

Do you guys know if there’s an alternative approach to that?

If the fee/ payment application in question is our iiQ Fee Tracker integration, then we can absolutely get that API endpoint to you all. As there exist some use cases with this endpoint which will require escalation, we ask that districts reach out to our Technical Support Specialists to share their use cases and receive the specified FeeTracker Line Item endpoint. 
 

You can get in contact with our Support team via our new Support Bot. Simply ask to submit a ticket and it will assist you with the rest. I’m including some additional documentation below regarding the support bot for clarity.
 


Alternatively, we have the option to pull this Fee tracker line item report on the backend for you all. If you’d like to explore that option, please let us know in your support request and we’ll be happy to help!
