I have some users that can’t access the Academy to view the tutorials. I am guessing I have to check a switch somewhere. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

@jjmill9299 Are your users logging in through Community?

My first suggestion would be to clear the cache, log out (all the way) and log back in. You could also have them try logging in incognito or using a different browser.  I know that sometimes mine gets all wonky with the automatic login. Try this, and let me know if you are still having trouble. 😄
