How do I look up tickets for a specific location?  

Hello and welcome to the Incident IQ Community! We are happy to see you joining the conversation to learn and grow from business professionals like yourself within the community. Before you get started, here are some quick tips to navigate through the iiQ Community: 1. Complete your profile informationOur community is about bringing people together to streamline processes in the K-12 school system. It’s nice to put some information to a name. We have found that the more information you put in your profile, the more likely you are to receive better and quicker replies from other users.  If you have not already done so, navigate to the “My Profile” page to update the following: Add a profile picture (a picture of yourself, a dog, or whatever you would like) Your School District Job Title Tell us a little bit about yourself The city and state where you reside A Signature (a sentence which will appear at the bottom of all of your posts)  2. Use the Search feature before you start

Is there a way to change our display name in iiQ community? As much as I “love” the display name “KHowe 90708b3 rockland”, it would be nice to have something not so “auto generated”. I see some people with relatively normal looking display names so I figured it might be a thing I just have not seen.     

The newsletter has officially been around for ONE YEAR! To celebrate our 13th edition, we want to do a little giveaway. If you enjoy reading our monthly community newsletter, we want to know your favorite portion! If your search results are not displayed within the community, here are a few steps you can take to make sure your results are displayed.  Step 1: Your wifi network could be blocking requests. Are you using the school wifi where they have sites blocked? Is your browser showing your site blocked? Try to access the community on a mobile device that is not connected to the same network as your computer. Still unable to search? Try the next step.  Step 2: Try to access the community via incognito. Still unable to search? Try the next step.  Step 3: Try to open the console and see if there are errors shown? (You can access console by right clicking on the screen and clicking on inspect. Go to the console tab and under the red (X). Do note there might be normal errors as well.) If you are still unable to search within the community please email the community support team at community@incidentiq.com

You may be wondering what all the super cool icons mean that are attached to some of the user profiles. You can accrue these badges and ranks as you start participating in the community.
