Do you have plans for improving the fees and payment app?Invoicing for multiple charges in one screen, same for adjustments and payments.a drop down to select multiple people for invoice copies instead of entering all the email address would cut down on mistakes and time entering.The users name to auto populate in the name section of the invoice instead of the invoice number.A payment and fees summary on the dashboard screen with balance due, balance paid and adjustments, with the ability to see the invoices as well.I’m not sure how many people use this app but we do a large amount of invoices through out the school year. Efficiency would make it much quicker. Thank you for reading and commenting. 

Batch Check in - is there a way to have it auto run instead of selecting enter

IMO, there are a number of premium apps that should not be paid and should be part of the general system. Policy Manager Support SchedulerEnhanced Approval Workflows These are things that are handled internally to iiQ and entirely by iiQ. I see no reason that this should be an additional charge and just seems like nickel and diming to me.  Now there are some that make sense for additional charges as it involves 3rd party things like password assistant, payment processing and lockncharge. I just don’t see why something that directly ties into existing systems that’s entirely handled by the same company should be additional charges. 

Is there anyway to customize the PDF generated through Fee Tracker? We would want to remove the school ID (student id) and maybe the email address. 

We are attempting to setup a workflow where when a specific ticket type is entered it is initially sent to the building principal for approval before assigning to the correct team. We have a few different use cases for this, so something that could be applied across ticket types.We are trying to come up with the best way to keep the routing up to date when there is a personnel change. Remembering to edit specific user cases within specific rules on a personnel change is more manual than we would like.Our thought was to create a custom field on each location called ‘Building Principal’ that has an IIQ User assigned. Then, use the mapping based on location custom field option within the Approver routing engine, instead of just location. That way any tech, not just an IIQ Admin (only ones who have access to Rules in our environment), can update the principal for a building and the Rule will still route correctly. But, the Building Principal custom

Hello, We use Google SSO to map our User’s locations. One off our OU locations is not appearing in Location Mappings under Custom Map. Is this a Syncing error or do I need to enter the location in iiQ somewhere? One picture attachment shows our OUs in Google Admin. The OU I am referencing in NJ(New Jersey). In the other photo is iiQ, the Custom Mapping does not show New Jersey. Can you please advise what I am missing.

I see IIQ recently introduced a due date feature. Is there an automatic way to integrate assigned ticket due dates into users' Google Calendar?

I have a handful of devices that are not mapped because their model could not be mapped.  I have many different machines in this list.  I’m assuming they’re under Asset Model [Not Set], however, I don’t want all of these devices to map to a single iiQ model.  Any thoughts on this?

I’m not sure if I missed this somewhere, but when batch checking in/out, it seems like the only “location change” you can do is the storage location. We have multiple sites, and when a site sends devices off for repair, our process is to change the actual location, not the storage location of those devices. We change the location to the repair center/warehouse.We’ve attempted to use the batch check in feature for this, since we would like to check those devices in to the repair center/warehouse to show where they physically are for inventory tracking purposes. This is also important because those devices may not end up going back to the same site they came from, depending on inventory needs. Is there a way to change the actual location, rather than simply changing the storage location?We really need to be able to change locations, since if the devices are sent off, they are no longer physically at Site A, but if we create a view and filter by location, those devices wo

I’m having trouble with the Google Chrome Remote Assistance app. I have the app installed, our Google devices are in. I have created a ticket to test this functionality and I am not getting the button into the right side panel under the “Submitted By:” portion as it is supposed to. When I go to manage the app to see if it has any extra settings, there is only an “Overview” tab, there are no other settings. I have attempted uninstalling the app and reinstalling as well.Any other troubleshooting steps or suggetions? I have looked at the 2 main KB articles already about installing and using it, but I do not see any troubleshooting steps for this issue.Thank you!

I am trying to set up IIQ to write to Google Admin the Asset, User, and Location field.  I went into Google Devices app and in general settings I see the mapping options.  This is what I set everything to, but it doesn’t seem to be filling the asset information to google admin.  I ran a full sync after setting it up, but I still haven’t seen any changes.  Did I set this up correct?  Do I just need to be a little more patient for google admin to update?

Hello all, I need to assign iiQ Locations to our Chromebooks based on our Google Admin OUs for the devices in the Google Devices app under the Location Mappings tab. I’m having a bit of a problem: Is there a way to select a parent OU and have all of the child OUs under it automatically adopt the location of the parent? Do I need to enter the domain as the root of the path or is a / enough at the start of the OU? Do I need to adopt any special formatting for the path entry in Google Devices when the OU in Google Admin has a space in the name? Is the formatting literally <root>/Parent OU/Child OU/Child OU/Child OU/ ? We have a fairly standard OU tree.I would love to just be able to enter .../Chrome Devices/AD/ for all devices in child OUs for our District Office. /Chrome Devices/BE/ for all devices in child OUs for Berney Elementary.

I currently have two policies setup, one for AD and one for Google. When I go to reset a password for a user is it possible to select which account password I want to reset? Right now it looks like with both policies in place it only resets the Google password. I have also combined these policies into one and it will reset both Google and AD to the same password, but we would like to be able to reset these passwords separately at this time. 

Hello! I’m hoping someone can help - our district recently implented fee tracker, were using shared views to quickly see who has a balnce greater than 0. The settings are all set correctly, but for some reason it is pulling some fees that have already been paid, and most certainly do not have a fee of over 0… not sure what I could be missing at this point. 

Is there a way to export the data collected from an IIQ Form as a csv?  For example, if we use a form to ensure that we capture all of the necessary data when the user submits a new employee provisioning request, it would be helpful to then be able to export all of the new employee data submissions into a csv for other processing/uploads, etc.  Would we be better off using custom fields for each piece of data that needs to be collected?

Google SSO SyncIs there a certain time frame to wait after creating a google group for its use in IIQ? the group shows up in the group download file that you can get from the detailed logs and if I check the two users that are currently in said group, it shows an icon as if it realizes something is there, just not named.  If it matters, I created the group in admin console, not groups for business.  

For those with Custom Forms using Forms manager. What forms have your created. I’m demoing it right now and am struggling to see the use of it.

Looking to see if anyone has created a dashboard/status board for tickets to be shown in the office.  We have a random TV that we are going to slap up to show network status, cameras, and other items.  An idea was tossed out to show a page showing ticket statuses and open tickets.  Just looking to see if anyone has done this yet and could be in the right direction on how to accomplish it. Thanks!

Hello everyone, I recall having this issue before with one of the previous mobile updates, but there was another update that happened very recently that caused mobile notifications to stop being sent to my Android Google pixel 6A phone. When checking the incident IQ mobile application, it says that notifications aren't enabled on my device. When checking the notification settings of my device, it says that the app does not send notifications.  I have had this issue (or a very similar one) in the past month or so and it seemed like the resolution required something to happen on the IIQ team's side.some things I have tried so far are clearing the data and cache for the application and have tried reinstalling and restarting my device, none of which seemed to resolve the issue. 

The app isn’t working on android? It tells me i need a mandatory update but the update is not on the play store so its unusable!

Can we please go back to the button that you just press to resolve instead of hold to resolve?  Half of the time in the app, it does nothing when I hold it.  The way it was before was perfectly fine.  Why change it?

When a student moves we lose them in iiQ. If they do not turn in all their technology is there a way we can still assess a charge in case they move back into the county? Also, allowing us to generate a bill to send to the next school along with the records.

When going to Apps > Manage > Fee Tracker and exporting all transactions from there, you get data that you can not otherwise see in a custom view. I want to be able to share a spreadsheet with admin who are chasing payments that students owe us and I want the admin to be able to see what charges contributed to the total balance so they can better communicate with students and parents. I do not want the admin to have to go in to incident iq and search up the specific student and scroll to their fee tracker history.If there was a way to schedule the automatic export of this spreadsheet to a specific spreadsheet (ideally Google Sheets for our district), then I could give them all of the information that they would need to collect the balance due. It would eliminate the need for an incident iq agent or admin to be the middle man.
