Hello all,I have a questions regarding Asset Label printing. I have seen a lot of teams using Dymos as the primary way to print these labels. Does anyone use Avery 5160 label sheets? If so how do you get those labels from the iiQ export into the template via word, docs, etc? Any help would be amazing!

How do your different departments handle collecting non-IT resources at the end of the year, such as microscopes, classroom novels, teacher editions, etc?

Hello,I am working with the new Label Templates and trying to add CSS code to adjust the size of the fonts. I would also like to add text wrapping for the student’s names.  Currently it wraps the student’s name, but the next line is a little overlapping the first line. I have tried using white-spaceoverflow-wrap: break-wordinline-size: min-contentword-break: break-allhowever I am getting an “un-authorized CSS Attribute” error when I try these. How can I get the student’s name to wrap and make the 2nd line of the wrapping not overlap the first one. I appreciate any and all help.

Is there a way to work multiple tickets on the mobile app like there is on the web based verison?

This is our first year with IncidentIQ and we have only had a couple instances of students breaking another students device. I was curious how others create tickets for situations like this. Currently we have been opening two tickets, one with the requestor as the owner of the device. Then another with the requestor as the student that broke the device.

We have Assets Lite not the full version of Assets.  What can I not do that I can if we had the full Assets?  

Our school division needs the ability to be able to filter labor hours worked within a certain date range.  The filter will only show ALL labor hours not how many labor hours were logged for a certain agent per week/month/etc.  This is an extremely important report that our division needs to be able run on a constant basis.  Please add a filter to change the value of the working hours based on the date range chosen in the "Labor Activity Date"

What do followers see on a ticket if added to one?What actions can a follower do on a ticket they’ve been added?I read in the iiQ KB that they will receive email notifications when the ticket updates, but is that all?

Would it be possible to make the "Out of Office Periods" functionality a toggleable permission, similar to the other permissions introduced with the V2 permission update?We have non-IT staff supporting requests in various iiQ teams. While we don’t want to assign them the full Agent role—and we’re unable to create custom roles—we’ve applied a permissions policy to limit their access to only the necessary functionality. However, there’s currently no way for those teams to automate the rerouting of tickets when someone is out of office. Making "Out of Office Periods" a separate permission would allow us to resolve this gap without over-assigning privileges.

Similar to how ticket assignments can be redirected using the out of office function in IIQ Ticketing, can the same be done with an approver for EAW in the Events Module? Does the out of office function already do this?  In other words, our Athletics director is on the approval chain for events at our HS. If he is out of the office, would it be possible for him to setup out of office to redirect those approvals (sent via rules) to someone else? 

I put in a daily ticket but it is always assigned to the wrong person.  After the ticket is submitted I always resign it to the correct person.  Well the person that the program is always assigning it to doesn’t want to see this daily ticket come his way.  How to I make this daily ticket go to the correct person when I submit the ticket.

We have a couple of Issue Categories under “Other Requests” that need to go to Facilities teams. By default, anything under “Other Requests” is a ticket in the Ticketing product.One of the categories in question is called “Chair & Table Request”I can set a “when created” rule to change the product to Facilities, but I can’t get a rule under the Facilities product to pick up the change and keep processing rules. All we’re trying to get it to do is assign the ticket to a team in the Facilities product on creation.Due to the size of our district, not everyone is authorized to enter Facilities tickets, so we’ve set up permissions and role visibility to reflect that…. however anyone can enter a “Chair & Table Request” which is why we have it under “Other Requests”.I tried setting a “When Field is Updated > Product” rule on the Facilities side, but it doesn’t pick up the change.It appears the “Continue to next rule” o

Hi all,We’re evaluating how our team uses the “Resolution Actions” feature in IIQ. We’re trying to better understand where consistent, well-structured Action data can lead to insights that impact operations, planning, or support strategy. We’ve got some ideas of our own, but would like to gain outside perspective as well. I’d love to hear from other districts: Have you used Resolution Actions data specifically to inform decisions around things like device lifecycle planning, equipment purchases, staffing, or support workflows? Was Actions data the main way you uncovered the insight? Or could the same conclusion have been reached using other fields already filled out by the requestor when they submitted the ticket (like issue type, device type, or category)? I am trying to create a script that will look to see if a ticket of a certain issue type has been created for a specific user and if not, create a new ticket for that user. I have tried every source I could find to simply get the records for tickets in general. I have been able to get a single ticket using “https://[DOMAIN]/api/v1.0/tickets/{TicketId}” as well as add comments to a ticket with “https://site.incidentiq.com/api/v1.0/tickets/{{Ticket ID}}/activities/new“ but I cannot find a way to pull multiple tickets that works.If I could get any direction on this matter I would be so appreciative.

Hello,Is there a way that IIQ can track the following information for software/online subscriptions?  Name, Vendor, Purchase/renewal cost, purchase date, subscription start date, subscription end date, number of licenses, cost per license and responsible party?  I know I can set up automatic rules to alert on an expiration date, but would like to move all of this info off of my spreadsheets and use IIQ for all inventory, hardware and software.Thanks!

Hi, we have tried every potential solution we have been able to find in the limited support documentation for Fee Tracker, and also by looking through other posts and comments here, but we still cannot get our Customized Email notification for Fee Tracker to list the fee amount, or repair cost. We have tried various dynamic fields when configuring inside the Customize Email tab in the app management in Fee Tracker, but it never has listed the fee in the repair summary. We do want to utilize this email notification to alert departments, and parents of the fees for damaged chromebooks at our institution. Any help would be greatly appreciated on this. I’m having some success with pulling data with the IncidentIQ API, but I’m missing a couple of things for a project I’m working on. Has anyone had experience with pulling information for parts (i.e. this ticket had a broken screen) and custom fields for tickets programmatically? It’s not a necessity but would be greatly beneficial to what I’m working on. Is there some way of adding an event custom view to my dashboard on the events portal?

Are there any plans to add a section where after the device is checked in for damage that we can add fees while using the IIQ Mobile app version? I have checked both the iOS and Android version.

Is there a way to add parts to inventory from a ticket? We have devices that we part out if the parts are viable and then add them to our inventory.

(API) How can I do a query and only get back “In Service” assets? I know how to do the query but cannot seem to figure out how to do the filter.
