Log of SFTP Attempt from view

Is there a log in which I can see SFTP attempts that are attached to a view?  I have a view that should have sent a file to ParentSquare’s SFTP server, but ParentSquare does not have any files in the history.  I’m looking to see if IIQ made the attempt.Thank you in advance.

Custom URL

Hello, We would like to use a custom domain for customer facing access. Can we create an alias CNAME  record in DNS to achieve this? Example:https://yourschool.incidentiq.com is where people navigate to now to access the dashboard. Can we create an alias in our domain to allow https://tickets.yourschool.org to forward requests to our incident iq URL? Thanks!

Entering purchase order number in Parts

I just added a battery pack to Parts (great tool!).  However, I could not enter the PO as it defaulted to the first Part entered into inventory and would not let me type over the correct PO number.When I tried to edit after saving, I found there is no edit option.  How can I edit so the correct PO is listed?

Survey scores in agent reports

Hey all! We just implemented Surveys and we see the results by going to Surveys-->Results. When we go to Report by Agent, the overall satisfaction window shows no results for the agents. Granted, there are only 2 completed surveys, is there a reason we cannot see survey results for our agents when viewing agent reports?

Report - # of tickets where actions were taken

Hello,I’m looking to pull a daily report of the number of tickets in which an action was taken - for instance the ticket was started or an action was added. Often I have In Progress tickets that don’t close for days because I am waiting on other people, but I want to see how many tickets have had work done aka an action or comment added, each day. Thank you,​​​​​​​Lauren

Resolve button on iOS Mobile app is not very responsive.

I have multiple users complaining that it is unresponsive and due to it’s placement and need to hold its flipping them to the app carousel before engaging. Seems fine on my Android but I think this is a fair UX/UI criticism.

Notes Field acting strange

Whenever any of our users add to the notes field under an action it gets longer (up and down) as we type. Its as if its hitting enter after each letter and there is no way to shrink the field unless you delete what you typed. The good news here is that all the empty space doesn’t seem to show up once the note gets published.

Parts Tracking - Deleting a Part

I have doing some testing with the new Parts Tracking system to see if it will work for our needs.  I have some test parts I created that I wish to delete, however I receive the message “Part <xxxx> cannot be deleted because it has inventory history.  The inventory count for the part is at 0.  Is there no way to delete a part once inventory amounts have been changed for the part?

Is there any way to save model/mapping views once you click a model to update it?

I’m not sure how to explain this, so I recorded a video because it has been driving me insane when trying to update things on the admin side. https://app.screencastify.com/v3/watch/0qpY5Mz8sGuNfbLfvo9G I’m trying to update our mapping aliases so they stop mapping assets to models that I turned off last week, but the default view is stuck to 20, and it does NOT save where you were after you click something to edit it. The same thing happens in Models/Model categories. Is there a way to make it stop doing that? I wanted to update all the asset pictures but that page does the same thing, once I get past the first 20, I have to click the next page or open it to 200 again. Even if I go to page 2 of the Models list, it throws me back to page 1 after updating one.  Help.

Student Agents - Limit User View to those with the Role 'Student'

I am working on setting up a student help desk agents in incidentIQ. They will be creating tickets on behalf of other students (and not staff). I would like for them to only be able to make tickets on behalf of users that have the role of ‘student’ in two of our locations. From what I can see, I can restrict their visibility to users by location but that includes staff as well. Is there any way to accomplish this?

Assigning Parts to Individual Users

I’d like to know if there is a way to assign a part to an indivudual user. For example, we have items such as cases, cables, or adapters that do not have an individual serial numbers that we want to keep track of and assign to users. We figured using parts instead of assets would be the way to go for this because we have quantities of the same item. If the feature is there I may be likely missing it.

Recent Incident IQ Mobile Update Not Sending Notifications

There was a recent update to the Incident IQ Mobile Application. I haven’t really noticed it until now because I regularly check my tickets, but the application is no longer sending notifications. I’ve checked my Android phone’s settings, and the notification settings for Incident IQ say “This app does not send notifications” and has the toggle grayed out. I’ve reinstalled the application and have tried clearing the cache and storage, but this does not appear to have resolved the issue. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Custom Parts View - Minimum Target Filter

Is there a way to create a custom view where you can see all parts that have hit their minimum inventory quantity? I see that you can create a view with a static quantity, but need a way to see all the parts that have hit the minimum quantity threshold rather than an actual quantity. Hopefully, I’m making sense...I’d like to create a view with this information for the person who orders our parts. I know the Inventory Alerts widget is in the Parts Explorer, but I think a custom view would be more beneficial for them. I would be nice if the view could be added to their dashboard as well.

Disable "Delete Room"

An administrator accidentally deleted a room in Events causing several reservation issues.  I have not found a way to exclude this ability in Permissions.  How can I remove “Delete Room” from most of our users?

Clone ticket categories to Knowledge Base?

Our ticket choices are almost completed. We’d like to be able to clone these to the Knowledge Base we’re building. This would provide a more uniform experience for the end user as well as streamline linking articles to ticket types.Is it (or will it soon be) possible to do this?

send monthly reports to supervisor or campus admistrator

Is there a way to send monthly reports to school administrators and supervisors on tickets and/or broken devices for tracking purposes? I know there is the analytics report but it only downloads in a pdf or image file which really doesn’t look good. Is there a way I can automate this process to where it is done every month to certain people?
