API Endpoint /assets/deleted returns error 404

Hello! Working on a project. Currently, we don’t allow our site techs access to deleted items due to some issues we had in the past. I’m trying to create a tool that will allow them to look for a specific device and, eventually, leverage the /undelete API endpoint to do what it says on the box.I’m running into problems finding an API endpoint that will let me locate the device in question, however. When you use the search endpoints on a device that is deleted they are unable to locate the device. The undelete endpoint requires the AssetId, which is problematic because I’m not finding a way to get the AssetId other than knowing it beforehand.Additionally, it looks like there is an /assets/deleted endpoint which, I’m assuming, would return a list of all the deleted devices, but it returns a 404 when I send a GET request. Anyone have any ideas? Am I doing something wrong? Any workarounds?  Thanks!

IIQ Events Module Integrations

I am investigating the possibility of bringing on the IIQ Events module, but my main road block is that the Athletics department (Who handles most of our scheduling) is pretty committed to rSchool due to its integration with other schools in our athletics leagues.  Is there any kind of integration between IIQ and rSchool that would allow athletics events scheduled via rSchool to sync into IIQ Events?

Navigation Bar v2.0

Hi, I have been exploring navigation bar v2. It looks nice, but i’m failing to see any noticeable differences as far as features and usage.  Before v2 was released, I seem to recall the ability to group views was one popular feature requests, so I thought this would be a highlight in v2, but it doesn’t seem to be an option as far as I can tell?I wonder if users who have fully adopted v2 would recommend the switch, and what advantages they are seeing in v2 over v1. Thank you

Custom Views are not showing up for me on the dashboard in the mobile app

Custom Views are not showing up for me on the dashboard in the mobile app. They did at first when that feature was first added. Now if I add them that space they are in is just blank. If I put a custom view in, at that point and anywhere below it doesn't display.I thought I'd post here before emailing support in case someone had an idea of something I'm missing. I'm on an iPhone 14 Pro Max. I've deleted the iiQ app and reinstalled. Here are a couple screenshots. One showing how it’s set up in the Dashboard settings and one of my phone.

Rules Engine: Why can I not auto-assign subtasks (or subtickets) to tickets generated from email?

Like many schools, we’re using Incident IQ’s rules engine to enable the creation of tickets from requests sent via email.To do this, we’re using the “From email” trigger, as described here.That said, we’d like to expand upon this by also assigning subtasks to that ticket. This knowledge base article explains how to assign subtickets via rules; however, I’m not seeing the “create subtickets” option from the list of available actions when using the “From email” trigger:The “Create Subtickets/Subtasks” option is missing from the list of available actions when using the “From email” trigger in the Incident IQ rules engine. However, if I switch to a different trigger type, the option is available:Because anything else would make too much sense, right?Is there any other way to enable the creation of subtickets/subtasks on tickets created via email?For what it’s worth, I did try and get around this arbitrary limitation by recreating the email-to-ticket rule using another trigger category; how

New Rollout Scout Rule for Verification

I was just reading through the Rollout Scout enhancements and I found it odd that the Rule requires the Automated verification to be toggled on. If we are physically checking in/out devices with Rollout Scout, why would we not allow it to verify on a physical verification policy? Having it only work on an automated verification seems like the opposite of what we would be doing when using Rollout Scout.

Sort by - Then by"

If it isn’t already available, I would like a way to take my custom view and sort it by “Location”, and then each location by “Submitted”, so when I go to a location, I can more conveniently see the oldest tickets first, instead of looking for them. Any help is greatly appreciated, and I apologize if this is a duplicate request.Cheers!

Analytics for Stale Triggers

The time is coming up for the need for the Analytics Explorer and I am having a hard time trying to get analytics on “Tickets that triggered the stale rules” that we have set up. When I use the “Is Stale” filter, it only gives me open tickets, not ones that may have been closed but triggered the stale rules while they were open. Is there a way to filter that out to get a solid report? Originally I set the rule to add a “Tag” to any ticket that triggered it, but that caused the ticket to no longer be stale since a Tag was added to it, so I can’t use that to get the info.Ideally I would like a way to get a view/analytic report By Agent, ticket counts of how many triggered our stale rules (and even more ideally, specific rules, because I have multiple levels set up at different intervals).

Event Log for Site Changes

Happy Friday! We are having an issue where one of the custom Tags we created has been deleted. I am trying to investigate specifically how this happened, but do not see any option for viewing changes to our iiQ environment. Is this a thing? Thanks in advance.

I am adding inventory to my parts section. The Purchase Order choice us required however we do not use PO’s within iiQ. How can I change this to be not required?

Ticket Creation Automation on a schedule based on asset values

Here is what I would like to do.   I recently added some custom values for our Backup Batteries.   One of the values is a “replacement date” which is a “date value”  I would like to be able to build some form of rule automation that runs Daily/weekly that will basically look at those date values, and if any of those date values are $NumberOfDays away that it will create a ticket, assign it to someone, to tell them that they need to order replacement batteries.   How can I make this happen?  Please and thanks!

Auto-populate fields based on requestor info

Is their any functionality for coding in names or other fields into tickets?  I’m thinking like %username% as an example.I’m trying to fine-tune what info is available for some of our notifications that go out to followers.  Namely, when a new student account is created, followers get an email for a ticket with the student’s temp PW.  I’d like to include the student’s username and ID (from IC) into the ticket info so they see those in the email as well. Right now, they have to click the “view ticket details” button to get that info - which as we may all know, is hard to get users to do sometimes! Alternatively, is there a way to adjust what is included in those ticket notifications?

Export Wizard - Be Able To Save Configuration

We export our technicians open tickets to excel and provide a print out to them. We would like to be able to set the columns to what we need on our reports. Currently, the preset options for the columns are Subject, Priority, Status, Requested For and Assigned To. Minimum Inventory Email Alerting Prematurely

I set each of my parts to have a minimum inventory at each location and created a rule to send an email alert if parts drop below minimum threshold. I used this link:However, I’m getting email alerts for parts that are well above the minimum. See the below image:In the rules menu under “When these conditions are met” I set the filter to “Available at Location” and that’s it. There is another filter called “Quantity Available”, but I don’t want to set it with just one number because I have many different minimum amounts for each part at each location. Is this my issue, and if so, how can I set it to only send an email when the minimum number is met? Thank you.

Recover a deleted part.

Is there a way to recover a deleted part to keep all it’s usage history? I was trying to adjust inventory and accidentally deleted the entire part from inventory when just trying to cancel the adjustment.

Default Workflow programming

We just recently acquired and rolled out the software in our county. I’ve taken charge of creating workflows from ticket submission to billing. We have created statuses but some of the status equal similar analytical calls. We dug deper and found a default workflow template that seems to set the determining resolution:  So my question is can we change these to reflect this: As you can see by the color indicators our pipeline in analytics picks up alot of ‘waiting for requestor’ and ‘in progress’ time. Obviously we can change parts of our workflow to equate different things to create a better analytical pool. Can we program the title of the resolutions to curate our analytical profile better? To show ‘pick-up for repair’ as ‘delivery time’ in analytics? The slide is old as we have added ‘Out for delivery’ after ‘vendor repair complete’. We are trying to get a better read on the amount of time a device is out of circulation with in our processes.

Nightly Email Blast: "Help Ticket Awaiting Resolution"

The way our IIQ is set up, each agent receives an email every night for each ticket that has been open for a while and is awaiting resolution. So, last night I received 17 email notifications at 12:25AM with the subject line “Attention: Help Ticket Awaiting Resolution.”I can’t find anything in the administration settings to change this notification setting. Can someone tell me where I could find this? Thanks!

Export locations with rooms numbers

Is there a way to export the locations with room numbers. We currently are adding room numbers from our SIS.  However this is only bringing in classrooms. We would like to also input non-classroom room numbers but don’t want to duplicate them.
