If I link Asset A to Asset B, is there a way to have Asset A inherit settings from Asset B?Like location, room number, etc.

Is anyone else having their facilities team working out of the mobile app? We have permissions set properly and everything works fine on the web. In the mobile app users are having issues getting into the correct product or even working tickets. They only have the option to cancel tickets. I’ve submitted a ticket with IIQ but the response is:“The issue is under development with our engineering team. There is no reported release date yet, but the development has already begun. Once I have more information on the expected release date, I will make sure to update you. We appreciate your patience. “ If I give them full admin rights the mobile app works as advertised. 

Is it possible to change / alter or select other Icons to the main categories ?   

I know that it has been reported that there is an intermittent ticket and asset issue, but our created policies/permissions for our agents, staff and students have completed been deleted, which has now completely derailed our settings.  Also, the help option in iiQ is no longer available in order to report a problem or create a ticket with iiQ support.  Just wondering if anyone else are having the issues along with the reported viewing problem?

Nothing seems to be loading in our site - nothing posted to the status page yet.Example from my dashboard... Multiple people have reported this to me already within our district, nothing is loading.

Is there an article describing how to set up and what it looks like to a user when they submit a comment by email?  do they get some kind of notification of the out of office?  I have been assigned tickets and was out for a few days, my tickets are not usually given to someone else to cover? 

Whenever trying to add a knowledge base articles I receive an error that the category is necessary. When trying to select for a category, the drop down either does not appear, or flashes for a second and does not allow me to add any category. I have had this issue for several days. 

I’m reaching out regarding an automation rule we’ve set up in our IIQ instance that sends a notification to users when a device is assigned to them. The rule works as expected when we manually assign a device within IIQ, but it does not trigger when an integration (like Mosyle MDM) updates the asset owner.We’d like to know:    •    Is there a way to ensure that asset ownership changes made via integrations trigger automation rules?    •    If not, is there a recommended workaround that would allow us to notify users when a device is assigned through external systems?We’re trying to maintain consistency and ensure that users are notified regardless of how the assignment happens.Thanks in advance for your support, we really appreciate any guidance you can offer!

Hello! I’m over scheduling all athletic events and making sure there is no overlap etc. In the list view I can see the room location (gym/field house etc) but on calendar view which is what coaches will view first, it doesn’t show the room unless they click on it, which isn’t ideal. Is there a way to show the room on the calendar view without having to toggle back and forth to list view? Or can we change the color based on location? Thanks!

Anyone else experiencing issues when trying to pull up different ticket views? It doesn’t matter which view I select, it can’t load any of the items, it just spins. I’m only seeing this issue when I try to pull up different ticket view. Asset and User Explorer are working as expected. I can even pull up the Open Tickets view, but none of my customized views will load. 

Most of our custom views are not showing tickets.  Views worked last week, no changes and now showing empty for our agents.   Any issues on the back end? 

When selecting rooms for an event rooms do not appear to have a particular sort. Is there a field that controls how rooms are sorted in the list? It does not appear to be numeric. 

Hi everyone. New to the community, been using IIQ for a little over a year now and loving it until now. My customer success manager asked me to submit my question here to get y’alls opinion so here we go.We’ve run into a hitch though with our SIS integration. We just upgraded from Skyward SMS 2.0 to Skyward Qmlativ. Skyward is requiring vendors to be a partner which IIQ does not seem to want to be a part of so they’re not an official integration partner to use the API. However, we have the ability to send CSV’s using the OneRoster reports. I followed this guide here:Installing OneRoster CSV SIS Integration | CommunityI got everything setup until it said it needed all the reports in a ZIP file? That seems counter-intuitive and of course Skyward Qmlativ doesn’t have the ability to send reports together

Hello all,     Sorry to get back on this but I am still having issues with this.  It seems to have worked before but not working now.   Am I missing something? Looks like the asset I am working with is not triggering an update rule when I modify the Owners role.  I have tried several different assets with no luck.  When I check out the device to a user, the rule is triggered and nothing matches.  It says:  Asset does not match against filters defined for this device.  I checked the device for the correct model category, and it matches the filter.  If I just modify the user's role to “No Access” the rule is not triggered.Thanks for any input.

I’m looking at moving away from TeamViewer to GoTo Resolve due to the huge cost difference. Anyone else that would love to see an integration between iiQ and GoTo/Logmein Resolve?

I’m working on setting up an automated email notification that triggers when a student’s status is changed to “No Access” while they still have an asset checked out. The goal is to notify the site associated with the student and include the asset tag of the checked-out item in the email.I’ve configured a “User Updated” rule to handle this scenario. The rule executes as expected; however, the email content only returns the literal variable name {{Asset.AssetTag}} instead of the actual asset tag assigned to the student.Could you please advise if there’s a way to retrieve and include the asset currently assigned to the student in the email body? Specifically, I’m looking for a method to dynamically populate the asset tag in the notification.  

Is there a way to import a CSV of asset ID’s that we want to print labels for? The labels are great, but the process is very manual when we have hundreds of new assets that need replacement barcode/ID labels. Part of our verification involves scanning into a spreadsheet that we use to move the devices to the appropriate location for the school year. Also trying to figure out where it is pulling the “Location with Room” data from as there doesn’t seem to be anywhere that I can find that data matched within the Rooms under the “Places” tab.

Under Purchase Information, is there an option for leased devices?  These devices will need to be returned to the Vendor in a certain amount of time, so they are not purchased outright but leased. 

Has anyone implemented Okta for SSO? We are struggling with configuration since we cannot access login logs.

Is there a reason the IIQ is not being diligent with updating their status page with know issues? I put in a ticket today for an issue with the custom views not working correctly. Have not heard one thing about it prior to my ticket. Here is the response I got back.“ Thank you for contacting iiQ Support! I am more than happy to assist you with this concern. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. I have confirmed that this is a known issue, and it has been escalated to our dev team. The problem is that the filter "Ticket State" with either value open/closed is causing an error that does not allow tickets to show as expected. Once our developers can investigate, I will provide you with another update. We appreciate your patience. Thank you,”Ticket still open and still having issues yet here is the status page.

The “Last Login Data” is being extracted from the “Active Time Ranges” field in the API response. I have a teacher whose location keeps changing. I have even locked the location and it will go back to the “wrong” location but have the option as locked now.  It will not allow me to lock her location. Additionally, her assets are also doing the same thing.

We’re seeing issues when onboarding new hires.  They can click the link provided in the email and start their paperwork, but if they get closed out of the system and try and get back in they see:We were able to get things working by using having the end user use incognito or clear their “cookies and other site data”.Then they were able to get all the way to the verification code page and they’d get an email.  It just started happening this week.  We’re in the middle of onboarding a lot of new staff so we’re trying to sort it out.  We did create a helpdesk ticket, but wanted to see if anyone else had this issue.

Anyone run into this authentication error when trying to set up PowerSchool?Sorry, we could not authenticate the provided PowerSchool Consumer Key or Consumer Secret. I am doing a copy/paste of the OAuth Credentials directly from the Data Provider Configuration in PowerSchool.The access level for v1 APIs is Read Access.What am I missing? 

Is there a way to check out devices that are already assigned to a student? For example we can't unassign a device when we check them in because our mdm reassigns them overnight and we don't want to turn that off.
