I noticed that searching a username in Rollout Scout’s Batch Check Out no longer works as expected.When entering a username in the format first_m_last, I get the following error message. If I change it to first_m_last@example.com then it works correctly and the student is found.Rollout Scout - Batch Check Out ErrorThe username works correctly in check in/out and also the global user search functions. Is this a bug? Am I doing something wrong? I tried with Rollout Scout V2 Check Out enabled and disabled with no difference.

Hello, We are on Infinite Campus and would like to move fee data back and forth between Fee Tracker and Campus.  I posted a question about exporting fee data from Fee Tracker on a schedule.  Since that fucnationality is not available we were thinking manually exporting the transactional data daily and run a process to upload those fees into Campus.  However, once a fee is paid in Campus we need a matching payment transaction in Fee Tracker.  Is there functionality to import payments?  The relpies in this question leads me to believe it is possible. Thanks, Glenn 

There used to be an Adjust Fee in Fee Tracker that I would use when a device was found or a ticket was canceled. I don’t want to use the Paid option as that would be inaccurate. I also don’t want to delete the fee altogether. (I’ve cleared my caches and still don’t see Adjust Fee.) 

Use of the Report support tool integration via IIQ.   Has anyone been using or does use the tool integration for remote support in IIQ ?  I am speaking to VNC, Google, Quick Assist etc. I have been playing with them and they are clunky to say the least and I wanted to see if anyone was using them and if I am missing something.

We are using the fines and fees app and was wondering if there's a section to see all open dues to generate invoices or can you only export the full data and have to go back into each students profile and generate statements 

Is there a way to see Recent device events under the device? The Recent device events show who currently/last logged into the device. It would be helpful as the current Recent user does not show who is currently/last logged into the device just who has logged in to the device ever.  This is what we want to appear under the device in IIQThis is what appears in google admin.

In my experiments with setting up iIQ Events, the person submitting a Event ticket can eventually reserve a room/space with a larger Number of Attendees that the room’s/space’s has defined. Is there a way to disallow the submitter from selecting a room/space (by making such spaces invisible for selection) or by flashing a warning about the discrepancy between needs and capacity? One of the many reasons we want to use iIQ events is to minimize the back and forth with Events personnel and present the Submitter with unambiguous information to make the process smoother.

Batch check in batch check out not in on the moble app. how do i add that in ? 

We just went “Live” with IIQ today, so forgive me if I missed something obvious.I was checking on the form a user submitted this morning around 9 AM. Everyyting looks good except the timestamp is off by a few hours, it’s stamped around 2PM instead of 9AM.My first thought was timezone issue, but I can’t find any place to fix it. And times look correct elsewhere on the site, just not on the form. What am I missing?

Lately I've been thinking about how I would have done some things differently in iiQ if I had the knowledge/experience I do today back when we started using it. But one thing I have zero knowledge on is SLAs. They have never been a priority for us. We are looking at finally using those now. Our leadership is still working on what kind of time frames they might want to use as a starting point, but my question is for those who utilize them... what do you know now that you wish you had known when you started? 

Is there a way to add a banner on top of the ticketing page for everyone to see? Such as outages that are happening or other issues that may be effecting everyone.

I would like to create two subtasks when a ticket is updated with a Fee Tracker Fine for whole unit replacement. I could do that either by description or by amount >. Is this possible? If not, could this be possible?

Hello! I am working on getting the spare pools set up and running for the district, so far everything has been working fine, but when I go to the dashboard it tells me that all of my spares are checked out and were at 100% utilization. When I go into a ticket though, I am able to assign any spare that I have in my spare pool, so they’re not checked out. Is the dashboard not accurate with what it shows? 

After reading some KB Articles, I remain confused about this system. Perhaps it would help if I explained what we would LIKE to do: We add different categories of Chromebook Parts by model and number etc.  Each part has an assigned price as decided by us for use with fees.  When a technician works a broken screen ticket, for example, we add the Chromebook Screen part to that ticket which adds 50$ to the ticket in terms of cost. We add a fee to the ticket that pulls its cost from the part cost so that the fee reflects that 50 dollars. I feel like this is possible, but I cannot for the life of me find the visibility on part prices. How can I tell the IIQ system how much a part costs? There is no field for it in “New Part” or in “Manage Inventory.” Thank you!

Is there a way to turn off the timeout on the mobile app so it doesn’t log you out all of the time? Our maintenance department is not liking being logged out so frequently.

 How do I cancel this APROVAL REQUIRED? I have sent it to myself multiple times and through my email selected APPROVED but it takes me back to the ticket and doesn’t allow me to do anything because the APPROVAL REQUIRED is still unselected. Please assist.  thank you  

Hello! Is there an application filter or column for Vanco where we can view payments made? 

I am trying to get into IIQ from Google Chromebooks what the total amount of RAM they have installed is.  We have purchased some with 4GB and now some with 8GB and I want to be able to tell them apart based off the RAM.  I have setup in IIQ in the Google App to sync the SystemRamTotal to a new custom text field I created called Total RAM.  I am just testing this with a few devices, doing the asset Push Data from the Google device data sync (i don’t want to run a full Google Sync during our school day the first week of school) and I am seeing the custom field but it is blank, nothing is coming over or populating from Google.   Here is what i setup in the Google app in IIQDoes anyone have any ideas or see what I am missing to get the RAM amount to sync over?  Thanks

does anyone know how to configure an approval process for tickets?

Recently we were looking into our checkout process and one question came to mind and i've never tested it. Is it possible to have multiple people sign in to one account and do batch checkout? We would like to be able to do this for our checkout so i do not have to go to each individual account and promote them.

If I unassign a chromebook in IIQ and then run a Full Sync in the Google Devices app, the AnnotatedUser field for the device in Google Admin still shows the user’s email.  However if I go into the Asset Details in IIQ and click Push Data, then it removes the users email from the device in Google Admin.  Can you tell me why the sync doesn’t remove the user’s email?

Is anyone using Fees Application to assign required annual payments for device insurance?We can easily add the fees for all users at a set time (although it would be nice to schedule sending invoices).  Two problems we are trying to solve now are:How to apply fees for any new users enrolled after the date when we initially added them to existing accounts. There is currently no way to filter on “Date Added” for Student Accounts. Have looked at using Rules engine as a possibility for solving this without any luck. How to manage fees for students that are enrolling for the first time and don’t have an account created until they actually complete online enrollment! Kind of a cart before the horse thing. Our only option here might be after the fact.Our best solution might be to not assign fees until after school begins and manually process the one-offs (all year long  ;~).The goal is for the fee to be paid prior to distributing dev

Possible bug report - Turning off the Sensitive option in site options does NOT turn it off for the mobile app. I wanted to disable this on the mobile app and even turning it off and hiding it doesn’t hide it from the mobile app.
